Shocking Revelation in Idaho Student Murder Case Leaves Judge Stunned!

The judge overseeing the murder case involving a student in Idaho expressed complete shock after Bryan Kohberger's legal team contacted hundreds of potential jurors without prior notification to inquire about the case.

During a tense hearing, Judge John Judge reprimanded Kohberger's lawyer, Anne Taylor, for her actions, stating, "This was a total shock to me... I take it very, very seriously.

And I was surprised, OK, that this was happening behind our backs—my back."

The judge also refuted Taylor's claim that Kohberger had a constitutional right to poll jurors' attitudes, stating, "Now I'm being accused of violating due process, which is a significant issue for me."

Taylor's recent court filing alleged bias among potential jurors, arguing that suspending preparations for a change of venue motion denied Kohberger a fair trial.

Kohberger, 29, faces charges of first-degree murder and felony burglary in connection with the deaths of four University of Idaho students in 2022. He has maintained his innocence.
