Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has approved legislation to revive a committee tasked with monitoring local prosecutors, such as Fulton County DA Fani Willis.
The committee, known as the Prosecuting Attorneys Qualifications Commission, was originally formed last year but was prevented from operating by the state Supreme Court.
